Welcome! My name is Fred Ellsworth and here is my story.

Born just outside of Boston to two major league country fans who played guitar and sang all through my childhood. Some of it rubbed off, but I couldn’t find other players in the area so I got roped into singing and playing Aerosmith and J. Geils covers growing up. Spent years playing the rock circuit with some success, but missed my roots. Jumped back to country at 29.

For the past decade I have been playing in various bands, writing songs, moved to and from Nashville, opened for national acts such as Faith Hill, Leann Rimes, Marty Stuart, and just enjoyed playing more than ever.

At this point in my life, I have a wonderful family and home life. I don’t play out as much, but have a nice little studio and a small farm with horses, goats, chickens and all sorts of clock eaters.
